Taking existing pieces, re-casting and re-creating them to be more relevant and beautiful for the wearer is a central idea, and many designs are centered around repetition and the way no two iterations are ever exactly the same. 

Implicit in the love of sequels is appreciation and adoration of bad movies, and the way they make it possible for two contradictory ideas to both be true. In the jewelry, this is represented by using deconstructed, decayed, and broken forms, and making them central to the beauty of the resulting pieces.
